Experienced probity and procurement consultants
The firm was established to focus on these areas – giving clients the expertise they need – in a cost effective and efficient manner.
We are a supplier member of the Victorian Government Probity Practitioner’s Panel and the Department of Defence Professional Services Standing Offer Panel (Probity Services).
Our probity services are informed by up to date knowledge of public sector procurement, code of conduct and commercial engagement requirements, including policies and practices. Our services have been developed and refined over 15 years and reflect an understanding of the current issues facing the public sector today in relation to probity requirements.
We assist clients in ensuring that probity is part of how they undertake procurement and do business.
We are situated in Melbourne and are all Melbourne based practitioners.
We travel to other locations to undertake engagements. For many years Anne Dalton was located in Canberra and is experienced in undertaking Commonwealth government engagements both in Canberra and on bases and in offices throughout Australia.
The Victorian Government Purchasing Board (VGPB) has introduced a new policy model for the procurement of goods and services. Departments and agencies subject to VGPB policies have 18 months to transition to the new policies. The existing policies will continue to apply until an organisation has successfully transitioned. The VGPB has recently announced that the transition period will cease in July 2015.
