Our methodology incorporates those factors to ensure that the procurement you undertake complies with government policies.
We provide the full range of services to assist with the documentation and processes including:
Market engagement processes

Request for Tender documentation
Training for evaluation teams
Assistance with the evaluation process-including the documentation
Negotiation processes and Negotiation Reports
The effect of the VGPB policies is to abolish the prescriptive monetary thresholds which currently determine the type of procurement activity which is undertaken, ie 3 quotes over $25,000 and open tender over $150,000 and to replace them instead with decisions as to the “approach” to market being made by procurement officers after they have conducted a market analysis.
