The firm provides services to assist public sector and not for profit entities in undertaking procurement / tendering processes. Each of our team members have a background in public sector procurement (including Commonwealth, State and Local Government ) and fully understand the requirements of the relevant legislation, policies and practices.

Our methodology incorporates those factors to ensure that the procurement you undertake complies with government policies.

We provide the full range of services to assist with the documentation and processes including:

  • Market engagement processes

  • Expression of Interest/Request for Proposal documentation

  • Request for Tender documentation

  • Evaluation Plans

  • Training for evaluation teams

  • Assistance with the evaluation process-including the documentation

  • Evaluation Reports

  • Negotiation processes and Negotiation Reports

  • Debrief reports

The effect of the VGPB policies is to abolish the prescriptive monetary thresholds which currently determine the type of procurement activity which is undertaken, ie 3 quotes over $25,000 and open tender over $150,000 and to replace them instead with decisions as to the “approach” to market being made by procurement officers after they have conducted a market analysis.
